Restricted Grant Application

If you treat children aged 12 and older, who are hospitalized for cancer or other life-threatening illnesses, you may be eligible for our Victorious 4 Teens programs. Applications are reviewed throughout the year. You may apply for both financial and in-kind awards. ALL applications MUST be submitted and signed by a Development or Foundation Officer. They include:

• Financial Awards for age-appropriate quality of life improvements (e.g.: activities, events, resources)
• Non-financial Awards for our unique Teen 'Welcome' Kits

For Hospitals currently offering the Alicia's Art Cart Program 

All prior year grant awardees MUST submit applications annually to continue to receive funding. This annual application may also be used to submit financial requests.

• Grant Application for exisiting Alicia's Art Cart awards ONLY.
