My Year

Hopefully everyone had an awesome and safe New Year! I have been changed so much by events in 2016 that I obviously went into 2017 as a different person than I went into 2016 as. I'm determined to make this year MY year.

I'm not going to worry about the little things, I'm going to studying my hardest in school, I'm going to grow my online business, and I'm going to make myself proud. I've come a long way in the last year; mentally and physically. And I still have a long ways to go.

I got accepted into my local community college which I will start next fall and I hope to be able to get a job once my stem cell precautions are over. A year ago I never would have thought I'd be writing blogs for ARVF and loving the opportunity they gave me. I didn't know that the generosity of people was so great; I have had family and friends gather to support me when I least expected it.

Everyone jokes that 2016 was awful, but without 2016 I wouldn't have gotten to meet the people I have had the pleasure to consider family now, I wouldn't have the same outlook on life at all. 2017 will be full of changed for me and I cannot wait!
