Alicia Rose Victorious Foundation Receives Grant from Investors Foundation

Alicia Rose Victorious Foundation receives a grant from Investors Foundation to support the Victorious 4 Teens Teen Kit and Bandana Pillow program.

Alicia Rose Victorious Foundation (ARVF) recently received a $1,000 grant from Investors Foundation. The grant will help further ARVF’s mission in providing strength and support to hospitalized teens. Over 2,000 Teen Kits and Bandana Pillows per year, are assembled and shipped to teens with cancer or other life-threatening illnesses, both locally and throughout the country.

“We are so grateful to receive the support from the Investors Foundation for our Teen Kit program,” said MaryAnn Ragone DeLambily, Development Assistant at the Alicia Rose Victorious Foundation. “The side effects from treatments or procedures can be harsh during a stay at the hospital, but the Teen Kit & Bandana Pillow helps to make their time away from home, more bearable and comfortable, especially knowing that someone is thinking of them.”

Teen Kits and Bandana Pillows are just one of many of the unique Victorious 4 Teens programs that are designed to make a difference for hospitalized children battling cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.
